Ryan Sol Aufrichtig is a financial-services executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of leadership experience across banking, asset management, insurance and capital markets. Ryan headed the HSBC Prime Brokerage desk for over 17 years, based in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. He founded and led EA Capital, a regulated TradFi/DeFi financial-services firm and, according to the client-confirmed wording, one of the first FSP CASP licence-holding companies in South Africa.
Tom Marx is a seasoned financial-services executive who spent his tenure at HSBC Sub-Saharan Africa, where he served as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for 18 years. He oversaw credit, operational and enterprise risk management across the region’s corporate and investment-banking operations. Tom is an independent financial-services contractor, leveraging his risk, governance and banking expertise for advisory and consulting engagements.
Chan de Kock is a banker and consultant with a long tenure at HSBC, where Chan served as Senior Vice President (SVP) in Cape Town, South Africa for over 12 years. Chan has a demonstrated history in financial services, asset management, derivatives, commercial banking and equities.
