His breadth of expertise includes Corporate Finance, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital, Personal Finance, Project Finance and Infrastructure Finance. He leads the group’s strategy development and capital raising.

Nyosi Tshabalala is an entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years’ experience across real estate, renewable energy and SME consulting, including investment readiness, economic development and capital raising. He is Co-Founder and Group CEO of Impact Settlement Capital, managing the application of a Web3 blockchain platform that creates institutional-grade capital-market solutions.

Ryan Sol Aufrichtig is a financial-services executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of leadership experience across banking, asset management, insurance and capital markets. Ryan headed the HSBC Prime Brokerage desk for over 17 years, based in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. He founded and led EA Capital, a regulated TradFi/DeFi financial-services firm and, according to the client-confirmed wording, one of the first FSP CASP licence-holding companies in South Africa.

Arran has more than 10 years of active market experience across digital asset management, DeFi protocols and tokenomics frameworks. He holds an MSc in Digital Currency and an MSc in Insurance & Risk Management, bridging traditional financial risk modelling with decentralised technology.

Previously at EA Capital, Arran led blockchain technology and digital-assets initiatives, including deal origination, investment execution and the development of strategic partnerships locally and globally.

He manages private-client portfolios while developing institutional, enterprise-grade technology sales pipelines and advising corporate projects on utility-token design.

Arran also monitors evolving financial and regulatory requirements to support strong corporate compliance across digital-asset transactions, custody solutions and applicable local financial regulations.

Andrew Meyerowitz is a product and technology leader with extensive experience across electronic engineering, embedded systems, fintech and digital-asset infrastructure. As Head of Product at Arrel Technology, he leads product development for institutional platforms connecting banks and payment service providers with exchange, custody and stablecoin infrastructure.

At ISET Capital, Andrew advises on the technology underpinning the firm’s digital-asset capabilities and infrastructure. He has served as Technical Director of TechID since 2017 and previously held engineering and product-development leadership roles at PFK Electronics.

Andrew holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Investment, Finance and Banking from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of financial markets and fintech systems.

Tom Marx is a seasoned financial-services executive who spent his tenure at HSBC Sub-Saharan Africa, where he served as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for 18 years. He oversaw credit, operational and enterprise risk management across the region’s corporate and investment-banking operations. Tom is an independent financial-services contractor, leveraging his risk, governance and banking expertise for advisory and consulting engagements.

Chan de Kock is a banker and consultant with a long tenure at HSBC, where Chan served as Senior Vice President (SVP) in Cape Town, South Africa for over 12 years. Chan has a demonstrated history in financial services, asset management, derivatives, commercial banking and equities.
